Elite Shine Window Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning. Services are provided as described on our website, advertisements, or service agreements.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing for services will be provided before work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property for service completion.
• Removing obstacles, pets, or hazards that could interfere with the service.
• Notifying us in advance of any fragile materials, damaged areas, or surfaces requiring special care.

5. Liability

While our technicians take great care during every job, Elite Shine Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear to windows, screens, frames, roofs, gutters, siding, or other exterior surfaces.

We are also not liable for damages caused by unsafe property conditions or issues outside of our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.

7. Termination

Elite Shine Window Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the work properly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
